If you’re not satisfied with their work at any time within 3 months of their start date, we’ll find a replacement candidate for free. In order to ensure your satisfaction during these 3 months, we schedule regular check-ins with you regarding their performance. We follow up on a weekly basis for the first 30 days of a candidate’s employment, and then once a month for the remainder of the 90 day period. Of course, if you’d prefer to check in more or less frequently, we’re happy to facilitate. Like we said, this process is all about you. At the end of the 90 day guarantee period, we check-in with you one last time to ensure that all your needs were met. We’ll ask you to fill out a quick survey so that we can ensure your satisfaction and also give ourselves an opportunity to learn and improve from your feedback.
