After you select your desired candidates from The Presentation, we will coordinate a Face-to-Face meeting between you and the selected candidates. Your dedicated Account Manager will facilitate the interview and subsequently debrief both parties to assess how the meeting went. We will provide any relevant feedback or red flags to enable you to make an informed decision.

The Close involves working closely with you to draw up a comprehensive employment contract that reflects the best interests of both parties.
