Ashlyn is our Corporate Administrator here at STRIVE Recruitment.

With over 12 years of experience in customer service – alongside a background in Marketing, Project Coordination, and most recently IT – Ashlyn brings a dynamic, people-focused approach to her role. At STRIVE, she supports a variety of functions including payroll, administration, and cross-team coordination, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our team.

Ashlyn thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys lending a hand wherever she can to support our recruiters and internal team.

Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying all things active – from hiking and hitting the gym to exploring the outdoors around Vancouver. She’s also a huge music lover and rarely misses a concert, no matter the genre.
