Kyle Woolgar

Kyle’s passion is people, and he has been professionally focused on creating and nurturing deep, long-term relationships built on trust, accountability, and respect for over 20 years. Since 2012, that passion has centred specifically on the Technology staffing realm, where he has helped countless technology leaders hire the talent they need to achieve their goals – and this is what continues to drive him today.

He began his technology staffing journey in Calgary, Alberta with a global firm, gaining a solid foundation to learn and grow from. After three and a half years, he relocated with his family to Vancouver, BC, where he expanded his network and formed new partnerships with people and organizations across the region. Over the years, he has been regularly promoted and recognized as someone who takes ownership and consistently goes above and beyond for clients.

He has supported companies across industries, geographies, and of varying scale to access talent globally. This includes helping Fortune 500 organizations deliver mission-critical transformational programs on time, in scope, and on budget, as well as helping Small and Medium-sized Businesses grow to new levels. This commitment to impactful, lasting results is what sets him apart.

Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family on the North Shore, getting outdoors, playing soccer, and contributing to the growth and development of the sport of Muaythai through his involvement with Muaythai BC.
