We are looking for a Warranty Manager who is adaptable and focused for their Vancouver location.

Reporting directly to their VP of Quality Assurance & Warranty, the Warranty Manager plays a pivotal role in providing unmatched customer experience to various audiences and overseeing all aspects of deficiency and warranty-related activities. Ensuring that developments and existing portfolio uphold their dedication to exceptional quality standards.


·       Respond promptly to emails and phone calls from homeowners, occupants, and other stakeholders regarding warranty inquiries and concerns, delivering an elevated customer experience.

·       Oversee and schedule deficiency technicians and trades to address warranty claims efficiently and effectively.

·       Coordinate and manage the resolution of the suite, common area deficiencies, and building envelope repairs in our developments.

·       Attend site meetings and inspections to assess the scope of warranty work and ensure compliance with their quality standards.

·       Provide prompt and detailed updates to stakeholders, on the progress of deficiency and warranty repairs and resolutions.

·       Maintain detailed records and archives of completed work reports, warranty claims, and correspondence for future reference.

·       Collaborate with other departments, such as construction to address recurring deficiency and warranty issues and implement preventive measures.

·       Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of warranty processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.

·       Uphold company policies and procedures related to warranty management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


·       A minimum of 1-3 years of practical experience in the construction industry, encompassing various aspects such as building envelope, mechanical, electrical, drywall etc.

·       Familiarity with the BC Residential Construction Performance Guide.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners, occupants, trades, and other stakeholders.3

·       Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Proficiency in using computer software and tools for managing documentation, scheduling, and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office 365)

·       Unparalleled attention to detail.
