STRIVE has partnered with a real estate development company, involved in developing single-family residential homes and multi-family townhouses across the Lower Mainland. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who is adaptable and organized for their Langley location.


The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be very well organized, technically savvy, and have the ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. This role will require a strong ability to multitask and a keen interest in learning.




  • Support the CEO in a variety of administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling meetings, travel coordination, meeting minutes, and more.
  • Represent leadership as a respected and trusted confidante.
  • Assist with the coordination of project sales, construction, and other matters related to development.
  • Delegate tasks to subordinates, monitor progress and step in where necessary. Promote seamless working relationships amongst all staff.
  • Follow up on telephone & email inquiries and respond as appropriate. Compose and prepare correspondence, confidential and otherwise.
  • Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to completion.
  • Assist with reviewing documents & reports and follow up with outside parties as required.
  • Act as a key contact for clear communication and understanding of information, both internally and externally, while providing reliable and timely resolution to inquiries.
  • Ensure discreet handling of all company business.
  • Other ad hoc tasks that may arise in a dynamic environment.




  • 5 years experience supporting at a senior management/executive level.
  • Strong knowledge of various computer applications in a Windows environment, G-Suite experience is an asset. Technically savvy, with good troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in real estate development, including knowledge of re-zoning applications, purchase of sale, and other contracts.
  • Upbeat, positive, outgoing, and able to relate well with diverse groups.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to contribute to the continued growth of a fast-paced and growing company. Highly organized.
  • Demonstrated commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure.
