The Role
This executive leadership position reports directly to the President and CEO and has a pivotal role in shaping global corporate strategy. The Head of Marketing leads the marketing team, collaborates closely with sales leadership, and is responsible for driving demand generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This position oversees marketing strategies for innovative technologies and solutions while fostering excellence in execution.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead the marketing team and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Set corporate and product messaging, ensuring a compelling value proposition.
Demand Generation:
- Drive high-quality lead generation and exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
- Partner with sales to create campaigns that support revenue growth.
Marketing Execution:
- Manage budgets, marketing communications, content, and channel marketing.
- Oversee brand management, public relations, and demand-generation metrics.
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a positive and engaged work culture.
- Drive a customer-centric approach across all marketing functions.
Skills and Experience
- 7–10+ years in B2B demand generation, preferably enterprise-level programs.
- Proven success with account-based marketing in technical or manufacturing environments.
- Strong track record of collaborating with sales teams on revenue-driving campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), Google Analytics, and demand-generation platforms.
- Knowledge of best practices in sales and marketing operations, automation, and lead management.
- Exceptional team leadership, mentoring, and culture-building skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication, with outstanding presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
