THE ROLE
Our client is a national agribusiness with operations in British Columbia and Eastern Canada. They are members of a network of 700 family-fun farming operations to work together to deliver food products.
You will be responsible for the support and administration of the President and CEO of our client. This role includes overseeing daily routines for his professional schedule, travel coordination, hospitality management, meeting preparation, coordination with his Personal Assistant and corporate event management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and schedule daily agendas, meetings, and appointments
• Creating excel charts and workflows, proofing agreements, email correspondence, management of documents, databases, etc.
• Managing the Office of the CEO
• Arrange/book travel, accommodations, transportation, prepare itineraries
• Coordinating his professional schedule with his personal assistant
• Coordinating with external stakeholders and other EAs as required
• Assist in the organization of corporate events and meetings
• Prepare monthly expense reports with various external entities and boards.
• Prepare research for varied topics as required by the CEO
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting multiple C level senior executives
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects from multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, build strong relationships, manage multiple projects, events, and a focus on details in a professional manner
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, being resourceful, taking initiative, and the ability to smoothly handle delicate situations
• Focused attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to work with people from all cultures and age groups
• A current and valid driver’s license, vehicle, and ability to travel with no passport restrictions
• Team player with a willingness to “pitch-in” as required
