THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled CAD Operator for a contract role based in Brantford. This position is with a reputable manufacturing facility in the area. As a CAD Operator, you will need to be able to modify/produce production CAD drawings in a manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to modify/produce production CAD drawings in a manufacturing environment
•  Help maintain and update an existing database of drawings
• Modify and edit existing CAD files
• Create new CAD drawings when required
• Navigate an MRP operating system

REQUIREMENTS

• Practical experience with AutoCAD, with a focus on editing tools
• Experience with print reading
• Experience with JDE-type software would be considered an asset
• Attention to detail
• Deadline and Team-orientated mindset
