THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator for a 3-month contract in Toronto, ON, with potential for extension. Key responsibilities include creating purchase orders (POs), processing chargebacks, handling work orders, and supporting property management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous experience in property management or accounting, and the ability to adapt to new systems like Yardi. This is a great opportunity to work in a prestigious location with a dynamic team.
As a Property Administrator, you will create purchase orders (POs), process chargebacks, handle work orders, and assist with property management tasks. You will also help the team maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations. This contract role offers valuable experience in property administration and accounting and is located in downtown Toronto, ON.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Process chargebacks and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation
- Handle work orders, track progress, and follow up with relevant parties
- Assist with property management tasks, including maintaining records and updating systems
- Support the team in preparing reports and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and communication
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in accounting, property administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in creating purchase orders (POs), processing chargebacks, and handling work orders
- Experience with Yardi is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
