THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk for a 6-8 month contract placement in Edmonton, AB. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring all products are properly accounted for. You will work in a dynamic environment, where attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, are key to success.
As an Inventory Clerk, you will process incoming inventory from a third-party storage facility, verify and maintain records of inventory movements, and prepare reports on inventory levels and discrepancies. You will also assist with regular inventory audits and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product delivery. This contract role offers valuable experience in inventory management and is located in Edmonton, AB.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process incoming inventory stored at a third-party storage facility
- Data entry in MS Excel
- Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing inventory movements
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
- Assist in regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy of records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products from a third-party storage facility
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in inventory management or related fields is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and inventory management software
