The Role

This award-winning firm, celebrated for its legacy of creativity and excellence, offers an exciting opportunity to support exceptional project delivery, client relations, and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Assess project inquiries to ensure alignment with the studio’s portfolio and objectives.
- Draft and finalize project proposals and service agreements.
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding, transitioning communication to design leads.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and design execution.
- Manage schedules and workflows using CRM tools to ensure project efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, trades, and key partners.
- Coordinate photo shoots, managing creative and logistical details.
- Maintain and enhance the studio’s digital presence across websites and social media.
- Pitch editorial features for publication in online and print media to showcase projects.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in evaluating projects and drafting detailed proposals.
- Expertise in CRM tools for workflow and schedule management.
- Strong client onboarding and relationship management skills.
- Experience in site visit coordination and project monitoring.
- Organizational skills for planning and executing photo shoots.
- Knowledge of digital content management and social media engagement.
- Ability to pitch and prepare editorial features for publications.
- Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships with suppliers and trades.
