The Role:

The team is dedicated to understanding customers’ projects, clients, and challenges, offering expert assistance with estimating, product selection, on-site problem-solving, and proactive support for daily business needs. Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on new products, systems, technologies, and application methods by participating in ongoing training sessions provided internally and by partners.
- Conduct regular job site visits to assess customer needs, document claims, and demonstrate new products or techniques as required.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer visits and calls, log opportunities, and streamline workflows to maintain project momentum.
- Support order entry and fulfillment processes to ensure seamless customer service when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering expert advice and customized business solutions.
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and sales growth through proactive planning and team coordination. Present results and align efforts with organizational goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with strategic planning, effective communication, and strong negotiation skills.
- Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding unique business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends through training.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Support: Skilled in assessing customer challenges and providing effective, customized solutions, including product recommendations.
- In-House CRM Proficiency: Experience using proprietary CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage data, and streamline workflows effectively.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients for a seamless customer experience.
- Field Sales Knowledge: Experience in conducting on-site visits and delivering product demonstrations is an asset but not required.
- Time Management and Organization: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: A quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market trends, industry developments, and customer needs.
- Performance Metrics and Results-Driven: Familiarity with tracking and achieving sales performance indicators such as revenue growth, gross profit margins, and customer retention rates.
