The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our client, an emerging boutique marketing and sales firm specializing in supporting real estate clients. This individual will oversee marketing efforts for real estate developments clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team, architects, designers, and external contractors to coordinate marketing strategies and ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Coordination:
Collaborate with external contractors, architects, interior designers, and consultants to deliver effective and market-driven design solutions, including:
- Determining unit mix, floor plan layouts, and unit sizing.
- Shaping amenities and common areas to meet market expectations.
- Establishing levels of fit and finish (specifications) and color scheme options.
- Developing parking and storage layouts.
- Recommending tenants for any commercial components.
- Designing the presentation centre layout, flow, and overall user experience.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and lead the social media strategy, including creating a posting calendar in collaboration with the in-house social media expert.
- Leverage an extensive database of over 22,000 realtors and buyers for email and text marketing campaigns.
- Manage a realtor portal through the company website, providing access to marketing materials.
- Provide realtors with videography and edited promotional materials to support their campaigns.
- Collaborate with advertising consultants to optimize marketing budget allocation, focusing on the lowest cost per qualified lead.
- Guide the creation of brand identity, including signage, websites, brochures, and merchandise, in partnership with creative agencies and developers.
- Offer recommendations for presentation centre features, including scale models, touch screen interfaces, and narrative design.
- Support public relations efforts, press engagement, and storytelling for the project.
3. Realtor and Event Engagement:
- Organize and host realtor seminars and presentations at brokerage offices.
- Plan and execute email and text message campaigns with developer approval.
- Coordinate events at the presentation centre, including catering, valet, and barista services, to enhance visitor experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external contractors.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media strategy and email campaigns.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and buyer preferences in the Surrey, BC area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for creative storytelling.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and analytics software.
