THE ROLE
STRIVE has partnered with a real estate development company involved in developing single-family residential homes and multi-family townhouses across the Lower Mainland. They are looking for an approximate 1- to 2-month temporary administrative assistant who is adaptable and tech-savvy for their Langley location.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will have some knowledge of marketing and sales procedures. This person should be well organized, technically savvy, and able to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Real estate development experience in considered an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming requests from partner real estate marketing or sales firms regarding potential sales
- Interpret and organize contracts
- Corporate branding and social media management
- General administrative and business operations support across departments
- Correspond with vendors and clients, including the external sales team
- Create/manage social media initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in marketing administration or similar role
- Real estate industry experience and experience with legal contracts is considered an asset
- Creative eye for marketing and branding
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel
- Experience with sales or marketing functions
