THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Cleaner, you will be working in a food distribution facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a state-of-the-art clean facility for a reputable and leading company in food distribution services. You will be working in a team environment on the afternoon shift. This is a growing company that is very busy right now. This position is located in Milton for a large size distribution facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the warehouse in the Ambient, Cooler, and Freezer environments
  • Dusting, sweeping, and cleaning of floors, walls, and shelves
  • Cut and remove wrap and plastic from pallets
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean and organized to meet audit requirements
  • Follow proper safety protocols while working in temperature-controlled areas
  • Organize and remove debris from the warehouse
  • General warehouse cleaning and duties assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • Ability to work in Ambient, Cooler, and Freezer environments, with varying temperatures
  • Wear warm attire due to the temperature conditions in cooler and freezer areas
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
  • Have a great team attitude and willingness to help
