Our client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Burlington, ON. This role requires a mechanically inclined professional with experience in engines, hydraulics, or electrical systems to provide technical assistance to customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, offering solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues reported by customers
- Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance over phone, email, and live chat
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex problems
- Document customer interactions and solutions to improve knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on product advancements and industry trends
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with engines, hydraulics, or electrical systems (professional or hands-on)
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly
