THE ROLE
Our team environment at STRIVE has been a critical component of the company's success and has led STRIVE to become the preferred talent provider to some of Canada’s top organizations over the last 15 years. We are on the hunt for a recruitment professional who enjoys a full 360 role within a team environment. You would work alongside a high-performing team in the Manufacturing and Operations Divisions.
The Recruitment Consultant will be accountable for a variety of responsibilities including:
- Establish your professional network by building and cultivating relationships with various employers
- Build and maintain a strong and qualified client base that yields success, reliability, and consistent business flow for your recruitment team
- Become an advisor and ambassador in your area of specialization through membership and active participation in professional organizations
- Gaining an understanding of the culture, processes, and work environment of various clients
- Initiate the STRIVE Search System and philosophy with clients so that you become their primary recruitment partner
- Manage a diverse client base of Enterprise clients as well as SMEs
- Creating and building a client base with top-tier organizations
- Working in conjunction with the Marketing Specialist to build value-added content and data for your community
REQUIREMENTS
A strong balance of an outgoing personality, work ethic, and passion for recruitment are essential.
- 3+ years of experience within a recruitment/staffing firm with proven business development experience
- Superb Computer Skills (MS Office, Social Media, Windows knowledge)
- Proven track record of building and retaining client relationships, preferably with enterprise clients
- DRIVE and passion for SUCCESS
- You see yourself as an energetic, fun, driven, and passionate team player
- Previous experience recruiting in the Manufacturing and Operations area is a definite asset
