Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

This position provides an opportunity to work with a vibrant and team-oriented group of people. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a professional services setting, be energetic, flexible, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.



  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, phone calls, emails, and couriers.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
  • Organizing boardrooms and managing meeting schedules.
  • Preparing and coordinating catering requirements for meetings, both internal and external, and addressing all hospitality needs for the firm.
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Responding to inquiries from the website.
  • Handle general office and facilities management, acting as a liaison with the building property management company.
  • Request services, follow up for resolution, and coordinate with technology service and equipment providers.
  • Prepare files for offsite archiving and liaise with the offsite storage vendor.
  • Assist with overflow tasks such as photocopying, preparing binders, drafting and editing documents, and coordinating couriers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations & Talent and the Accounting Clerk/Financial Manager as needed.


  • Administering social media platforms.
  • Managing the website.
  • Coordinating with marketing service providers and acting as a liaison with them.
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of marketing materials.


Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Administrative assistant or receptionist 

Excellent technical skills including Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel

Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills

Keyboarding at a minimum or 60wpm
