THE ROLE
As the Roll Form Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers involved in operating roll forming machines to shape and form metal sheets or other materials. Your role will involve ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe work environment. The permanent position is located in Brantford ON for a very reputable manufacturing plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands-on Supervisor supporting the team in production targets
- Plan and adjust work processes and staffing levels to achieve production targets
- Review completed work to ensure accuracy, correct methods, and compliance with required standards and specifications
- Monitor safety and quality compliance, including investigating incidents and supporting corrective actions when needed
- Address performance and behavioural issues through appropriate disciplinary action
- Ensure all company policies are consistently followed and enforced
- Work according to the production schedule to meet delivery requirements
- Provide leadership as part of the production team and build strong working relationships across departments and key partners
- Ensure team alignment with departmental and overall business objectives
- Maintain and support 5S standards and housekeeping practices on the shop floor
- Complete regular performance reviews and provide ongoing employee feedback
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and a strong focus on quality across all production areas
- Perform other related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience of leadership in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years of working with the setup and machinery
- Strong understanding of machinery, die cutting equipment setup processes, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery and production issues effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
