THE CLIENT

STRIVE Recruitment is partnering with a growing technology company to recruit a Team Lead, Customer & Product Training. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a product training function that supports both internal teams and a large customer base across North America.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, the Team Lead, Customer & Product Training will establish and lead the company’s product training initiatives for both customers and internal teams. You will design and deliver scalable training programs that support customer onboarding, product adoption, and internal product enablement, helping ensure over 300 customers across North America successfully deploy and maximize the company’s technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and oversee customer and internal product training programs, including onboarding and advanced product training
  • Design scalable learning programs, curriculum, and training materials
  • Deliver training through webinars, workshops, customer events, and on-site sessions
  • Lead training initiatives that support customer onboarding and product adoption across North America
  • Provide product training to internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Implementation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with product releases and deployment best practices
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to identify training gaps that impact adoption and retention
  • Help build and grow the Customer & Product Training function

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs in a technology, SaaS, or software-driven environment
  • Proven experience building end-to-end training programs, including curriculum design and delivery
  • Experience working with customer onboarding, enablement, or customer success teams
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, sales, support, and marketing
  • Experience with technical systems, communications networks, data platforms, or infrastructure-related technologies is considered an asset.
