THE ROLE

 

STRIVE has partnered with a real estate development company involved in developing single-family residential homes and multi-family townhouses across the Lower Mainland. They are looking for an adaptable, motivated, and creative sales and marketing manager to join their growing team in Langley.

 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales and marketing professional within the real estate development industry, with a keen eye for social media and brand awareness. This person should be organized, and technically savvy, with a proven ability to communicate with staff and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email, and more.
  • Work closely with the external marketing company to execute marketing campaigns and strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities to position projects effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partner real estate marketing or sales firms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and knowledge of the industry to customers and stakeholders.
  • Attend weekly sales meeting.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to strengthen brand identity and recognition in the market, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies for new and existing projects to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with development and finance teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, pricing, and sales objectives.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 3+ years in real estate marketing and sales, or a similar role.
  • Real estate development industry experience and experience with legal contracts is considered an asset.
  • Creative eye for marketing and branding.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Canva, social media channels, and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required. More relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent worker with the ability to take initiative.
