THE ROLE
We have partnered with a specialized manufacturing organization, looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager to lead internal and external communications, brand awareness, and corporate messaging. This role will ensure consistent messaging across various communication channels and help position the company as a thought leader in its industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and brand communication plans to increase industry visibility.
- Create and manage external content, including press releases, thought leadership articles, and social media campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency by maintaining cohesive messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Establish and nurture relationships with media, industry publications, and external agencies.
- Oversee marketing efforts for product launches, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including website updates and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with external marketing firms and consultants while ensuring internal alignment with branding objectives.
- Stay informed on emerging marketing trends to enhance audience engagement and industry positioning.
- Ensure clear and aligned internal communication that reflects company values and objectives.
- Develop and refine executive messaging, presentations, and internal announcements.
- Oversee internal communication platforms, including the company intranet and internal newsletters.
- Work closely with leadership to develop communication strategies that engage employees and promote company initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or public relations.
- Proven expertise in both internal and external corporate messaging.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience crafting compelling content for various audiences.
- Knowledge of branding, media relations, and event marketing.
- Background in automotive, manufacturing, or clean technology sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and digital design tools (Adobe Suite, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
