The Role
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to support their growing operations across multiple facilities in the Niagara region.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working directly with employees at every level of the organization, from shop floor staff to senior leadership. Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, employee relations, and onboarding while helping maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and reference checks
- Manage new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and employee concerns
- Assist with WSIB matters and workplace incident documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and internal HR procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and workplace practices
- Support internal HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and company events
- Assist with planning company initiatives such as the annual golf tournament and holiday events
- Travel between nearby facilities in Beamsville and Smithville to support HR operations as required
Requirements
- College diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 4–10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of employee relations, HR policies, and employment legislation
- Experience supporting hourly employees in operational environments
- Confident communicator able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
