The Role
We are partnering with a well-established engineering and manufacturing organization specializing in advanced welding technology and engineered solutions supporting highly regulated industries including aerospace and nuclear.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and offers involvement in office operations, project coordination, internal communications, and cross-functional administrative support.
The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and eager to contribute wherever needed while supporting senior leadership and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings involving multiple stakeholders
- Assist with office operations and administrative coordination across departments
- Support internal projects, reporting, presentations, and company communications
- Coordinate visitor logistics and assist with facility-related planning
- Prepare professional documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Assist with newsletters, project coordination, and ad hoc operational initiatives
- Provide collaborative team support, including occasional reception backup when required
- Maintain organized documentation, records, and office processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working fully on-site in Hamilton
- Flexible and willing to support evolving business needs and deadlines
- Experience with project coordination or operations support considered an asset
- Accounting or bookkeeping exposure considered an asset
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or technical environments considered an asset
