THE ROLE

In this role, you will be driving a few hours each day to support the company by picking up and delivering parts, transporting materials, other duties as needed. This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established automotive manufacturing company in a clean and organized facility.

You will work as part of a team on the day shift in a busy and growing environment. This position is located in St. George.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts and materials between locations
  • Transport and drop off products to support daily operations and production needs
  • Shuttle people between designated locations as required
  • Drive for a few hours per day as needed to complete scheduled deliveries and runs
  • Ensure safe and timely transportation of goods and passengers
  • Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, and general condition) before and after use
  • Follow all road safety rules and company driving procedures
  • Communicate with dispatch or supervisors regarding routes, pickups, and delivery updates
  • Assist with light support tasks when not driving (as needed)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid G driver’s license in good standing
  • Clean driver’s abstract (required)
  • Z endorsement is an asset (not required but preferred)
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for daily driving duties
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to safety and safe driving practices
  • Comfortable with local travel and being on the road for several hours per day
  • Good communication skills for coordinating pickups, deliveries, and shuttle needs
  • Previous driving, delivery, or courier experience is an asset but not required
