- Supporting construction financing, lender relationships, audits, and external reporting requirements
- Identifying financial risk and implementing mitigation strategies across the portfolio
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing project finance and accounting team
- Driving continuous improvement, automation, and scalability within project accounting processes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of leadership experience in project finance / project accounting, primarily within real estate development or construction
- Experience operating at a Senior Manager or Director level, with real leadership accountability
- CPA designation (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of development proformas, construction cash flow, lender reporting, and cost controls
- Proven ability to improve and scale accounting processes in a growing organization
- Confident communicator who can partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Why This Role
- High visibility and direct access to executive leadership
- Meaningful influence over major development decisions
- Opportunity to lead, build, and elevate a capable project finance team
- Long-term stability with a respected, well-capitalized developer
