THE ROLE

Our client is a leading Canadian technology accessories company, with annual revenues of $30 million. They are looking to further strengthen their Customer Service team as they are anticipating an exciting year of growth and the onboarding of more vendors & clients.

The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the Manager, being responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. Candidates should embody the values of the company including building meaningful relationships internally and externally, taking ownership, trustworthiness, always remaining curious and caring for their work.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Daily processing of all e-commerce orders
  • Maintaining customer forecasts and sell through data
  • Building strong relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations
  • Ensuring product pricing on incoming orders is accurate and aligned with NetSuite
  • Creating open order reports as well as other ad hoc reports as requested
  • Providing support with reception and other administrative tasks as required
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Comfortable with routine and systematic work
  • Experience with NetSuite is advantageous
  • Understand how to handle pressure and volume
