Corporate Administrator 

Hybrid (3 days a week in office).

As the Corporate Administrator, you are responsible for many different facets of our operations at STRIVE. This role is responsible for various duties and projects in the areas of Administration, Marketing, Payroll, Technology and Special Projects.  

Administration: (35%) 

  • Maintain and enhance the digital structure of administration and organizational effectiveness 
  • Compile and present performance reports monthly; pull monthly Jobs Report and distribute to Division Directors for reporting purposes 
  • Support the Director of Internal Operations and Managing Director in setting meetings, schedule management, quarterly presentations, and other internal corporate events/initiatives.  
  • First point of contact for all general inquiries that are delivered by email and phone 
  • Utilize the designated platforms to perform candidate background checks and assessments 
  • Assist in the preparation for the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all relevant materials are ready for a smooth orientation and integration process 
  • Order business cards 
  • Circulate staff birthday cards and organize cake 
  • Order client gifts, including preparation of annual holiday gifts 
  • Manage and order office supplies 

Marketing: (25%) 

  • Work with outside partners to ensure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. 
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn and Instagram).  
  • Create engaging content and interact with followers. 
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting both clients and candidates. Website Optimization: Ensurethe website is up to date and optimized for search engines (SEO). 
  • Branding: Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials and channels. 

 

 Temporary Assignment Payroll: (20%) 

  • Enter new employee information into the payroll system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all required details. 
  • Track and gather employee work hours, ensuring accurate entry into the designated payroll spreadsheet for timely and precise payroll processing. 
  • Review and verify the accuracy of invoices 
  • Manage accounts receivable by verifying payments, processing transactions, and following up on outstanding balances 
  • Compile and input month-end revenue figures into the financial system for accurate reporting 

Technology/Special Projects: (20%) 

  • First point of contact for technical issues related to Talent Intelligence Platform, Office365, Intranet 
  • Enhancement and Management of Digital Intranet program 
  • Project coordinator on all special projects in conjunction with the Managing Director. 

 

Requirements:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity 
  • 1+ years of marketing experience  
  • Previous experience managing a variety of functions within a small to medium-sized enterprise.   
  • Must be tech-savvy and have strong experience with MS Office 365, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, CRM, LinkedIn, and Windows-based software 
  • Energy and passion to go above and beyond
