THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Coordinator to join their team, located in Mississauga. In this role, you will work closely with clients and the sales force to fulfill equipment needs for evaluation and surgery, coordinate inventory, and ensure seamless distribution. You will be responsible for preparing surgical kits, managing incoming and outgoing inventory, and providing excellent customer service in both French and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with the sales force to determine equipment needs and maintain accurate traceability of inventory
  • Gather, prepare, and accurately process inventory using Oracle to ship out to hospitals
  • Handle billing for used inventory, process credits, and reconcile Field Inventory accounts
  • Investigate and resolve inventory deviations, and maintain in-house inventory aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Perform kit checking and restocking of used and damaged instruments, and report any deviations to reps for billing
  • Liaise with various internal departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Repair) to resolve any inventory issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio and contribute to inventory readiness for new product launches
  • On-Call Support: Participate in monthly on-call rotations for trauma requests and respond to audit inquiries

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in both written and spoken French and English is a MUST
  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in inventory
  • Experience with Oracle or another ERP software is an asset
  • well-versed in Office 365 programs (including basic Excel)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills. Must prioritize customer satisfaction and work well under pressure
