Responsibilities
- Account Management & Client Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Sales & Business Development – Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to revenue generation
- Bilingual Communication – Engage with clients fluently in both English and French to provide exceptional service
- Customer Service Excellence – Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
- Collaboration & Teamwork – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client needs
- Proactive Problem-Solving – Identify challenges and present creative solutions to enhance client relationships and operational efficiency
- Multitasking & Adaptability – Manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technology & CRM Utilization – Utilize company systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with a bubbly and outgoing personality
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- High energy, self-motivated, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a corporate or business-to-business (B2B) setting is an asset
