THE ROLE

Our client is a well-established real estate investment and management organization, is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their Residential team on a temporary basis. This role has been created to support short-term leave coverage and is critical to ensuring continuity in high-volume invoice processing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional with Yardi (Procure-to-Pay) experience who can step in quickly and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process high volumes of accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Manage invoice processing through Yardi (Procure-to-Pay)
  • Review, validate, and reconcile invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure timely payment processing and issue resolution
  • Respond to internal AP/AR inquiries
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Support team workflow during short-term leave coverage

QUALIFICATION

  • Hands-on Yardi (Procure-to-Pay) experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing
  • Experience handling high-volume invoice processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Quick learner with a positive, flexible attitude
  • Ability to step in and contribute immediately
  • Clear Criminal Background Check required prior to start
  • Bilingual (English/French) - Nice to have
