As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in maintaining our industry-leading standards and ensuring seamless operations that elevate productivity and customer satisfaction.

Performance Objectives:

  • Streamline Operations: Spearhead the coordination of shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery aligning with project timelines.
  • Optimize Inventory: Oversee inventory control systems, maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize downtime and maximize deployment efficiency.
  • Vendor Relations: Cultivate robust partnerships with transport providers, negotiating reliable and cost-effective service agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze logistics KPIs to identify efficiency opportunities and implement strategic improvements.
  • Compliant Processes: Ensure logistics activities adhere strictly to industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Cost Management: Prepare and manage budgets, reducing costs without compromising speed or quality.

Environment & Resources:

You'll work closely with a dynamic team of logistics professionals, report directly to the Operations Manager, and leverage our advanced ERP and inventory management tools, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a designated budget for process optimization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of logistics or supply chain experience, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fostering collaborative relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Proficient with logistics and inventory management software; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
