THE ROLE:

Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of compact construction equipment and machinery. They support warehousing, logistics, and distribution of equipment and parts across Canada. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by cleaning and organizing the warehouse, picking and packing orders, handling inbound and outbound freight, operating equipment, and assisting with shipping and receiving duties. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a structured, safety-focused warehouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and organize the warehouse
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle inventory by moving pallets and performing stock put-away
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties
  • Verifying serial numbers and UPC codes against shipping documents
  • Perform paperwork related to orders and deliveries
  • Use basic inventory systems as needed
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklift and compact machinery
  • Follow safety protocols for all products and work areas

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
  • Forklift certification
  • Attention to detail
  • Warehouse experience (shipping/receiving, stock rotation)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks
  • Safety-focused mindset
