THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Paint Line Labourer to join our team at a reputable manufacturing facility in Brantford, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate loading and unloading of parts from the paint line. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and wants to contribute to the production process at a well-established company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load and unload parts onto paint racks according to the production schedule
- Inspect racks for damage and report issues to the supervisor
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and notify the supervisor of defects
- Follow safety protocols, wear required safety equipment, and clean work areas
- Keep personal items out of the work area and assist with other tasks as needed
- Clean machines and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents
- Transfer completed items from lines and unload carts
- Touch-up paint on small items using brushes or spray cans
- Adjust or secure strapping equipment and use basic measurement tools (e.g., tape measure)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of previous experience in manufacturing
- Ability to lift 40-70 lbs regularly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring
- Previous experience with high attention to detail and quality
