THE ROLE

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support a well-established commercial services company. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient service operations. The ideal candidate is keen, eager to grow, and has a positive attitude.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with long-term career growth potential as the company expands its operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Support the Service Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and order processing
  • Assist with purchasing and inventory management, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Process invoices, payments, and accounts receivable tracking
  • Handle timekeeping and payroll approvals for technician hours
  • Act as a scheduling backup to ensure efficient service operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a previous administrative role
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel & QuickBooks)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Ability to adapt and pivot and have a positive attitude and mindset
