The Role
Our client is an exciting and fast-growing logistics solutions provider based in South Surrey, BC. They provide a vital service that helps their customers deliver their products globally. They are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their successful and growing team!
Responsibilities
• Taking in sales orders from customers and inputting sales orders into the system
• Scheduling freight appointments for delivery and pickup
• Tracking freight shipments globally
• Generating reports for customers
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
• Experience in the logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent MS office experience including excel
