The Role:  

At STRIVE, we are partnered with an excellent client and a leader in their industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join the operations/production team in their Delta facility.

This will be a Monday-Friday position with a starting time of 3:30 PM. This person may be required for flexibility for extra work hours/weekend shifts during busy period.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team leaders and team members to ensure that production schedules and goals are achieved while meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Provide coaching, training, reviewing, and mentorship to team leaders and other team members.
  • Assist in planning the daily production activities
  • Ensure the best utilization of equipment and available labor
  • Collect, analyze, and report production data.
  • Assist with the logistics of all incoming and outgoing products and raw materials.

Must Have's:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor/Lead Hand in a food processing/manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent supervisory/leadership skills and experience with creating employee schedules.
  • Own vehicle required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to connect with team members.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available for work overtime if needed.
