The Role
Our client focuses on the distribution of mining products and water across Canada and the United States. In the search for an Inside Sales Representative for their branch in Langley. The shift times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with the possibility of starting at 7 am.
Responsibilities
- Inbound and outside sales - working with current clients and finding new clientele
- Facilitate technical assistance to customers
- Education of service benefits to clients
- Process customers' orders, and data entry
- Creation of quotes, bids, and letters
- Admin duties - support in the shipping and receiving front when needed
- Marketing initiatives if needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution
- Facility to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with several computer applications and technology
- Some knowledge of CRM platforms
- Ability to lift 25lbs to up to 50lbs on some occasions in our yard or inside our warehouse
Compensation
- up to $25 an hour to start
