THE ROLE
We are hiring a skilled Welder/Fitter to join a medium-sized manufacturing facility in Burlington, ON. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working within a close-knit, collaborative welding team on high-quality industrial equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fit and weld large industrial lifting equipment
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Skilled in MCAW, FCAW SAW and SMAW processes
- Machine, mill, and drill components as needed
- Assist in mechanical assembly of related equipment and technologies
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Complete daily time entry accurately
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter
- Minimum 5 years fitting experience
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- CWB certification is an asset
