We are partnering with a reputable Canadian law firm located in Surrey, BC. Currently, we are looking to add an additional member to their team as they have a need for a Marketing Specialist.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our administration team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and working closely with our Marketing Committee, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the firm’s marketing strategy, which will entail, among other responsibilities:

·        Developing campaigns and content that promote the firm’s services

·        Managing the firm's social media accounts and website to ensure a current and active online presence

·        Creating and producing marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters

·        Planning and coordinating business development and community events

·        Developing and maintaining a CRM system

·        Collaborating with the firm’s lawyers on profile building and client outreach and retention

·        Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies and recommending potential adjustments

·        Ensuring that all initiatives are carried out in a cost-effective manner within budget

·        A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field or other substantially comparable education

·        At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the legal industry or another professional services industry

·        Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet tight deadlines when necessary.

·        A keen eye for detail and a sense of aesthetics with a love for great copy

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress and all social media platforms

·        Knowledge of SEO, PPC, website analytics tools and CRM systems
