STRIVE has partnered with a growing family enterprise in real estate development, involved in developing single-family residential homes and multi-family townhouses across the Lower Mainland. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who is adaptable and positive for their Langley location.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be very well organized, technically savvy, and have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. This role will require a strong ability to multitask and a keen interest in learning.


  • Reporting to 2 senior executives – CEO and COO 
  • Represent leadership as a respected and trusted confidante
  • Master delegator who can delegate tasks to subordinates, monitor progress, and step in where necessary. Promot seamless working relationship amongst the senior staff and staff
  • Prepare and follow-up with various correspondence
  • Follow up on telephone & email inquiries and respond as appropriate. Compose and prepare correspondence, confidential and otherwise
  • Scheduling and coordinating calendar appointments, managing daily schedules, coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through to completion
  • Assist with reviewing documents & reports and follow up with outside parties as required
  • Assist with some personal errands and projects
  • Act as a key contact for clear communication and understanding of information, both internally and externally, while providing reliable and timely resolution to inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas and prepare minutes from meetings
  • Assure discreet handling of all company business
  • Provide admin and general business support to executives in day-to-day matters
  • Other ad hoc tasks that may arise in a dynamic environment



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting at a senior management / executive level
  • Strong knowledge of various computer applications in a Windows environment, G-Suite experience is an asset. Technically savvy, with good troubleshooting skills
  • Upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable and able to relate well with diverse groups
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to contribute to the continued growth of a fast-paced and growing company
  • Demonstrated commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis
  • Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure
  • Expert level written and verbal communication
  • Experience in either Real Estate, Finance, Construction, Marketing, or Legal environment is a major asset
