STRIVE has partnered with a well-funded, venture capital start-up within the beauty industry. They are looking for a Director of Operations to work directly alongside the Founder/CEO. This is a unique opportunity where you'll be driving the operations and execution of an incredible brand within a booming industry. You will lead the development of the brand positioning, brand activation, retail marketing planning and project management. 


  •    Drive the execution of their vision, overarching strategy, and positioning for their products while managing relationships with buyers, distributors, and retailers (from large scale such as Neiman Marcus and Saks to smaller medi spas, as well as Europe)
  •    Own all aspects of operations, logistics, and delivery of the brand’s products
  •    Manage the entire supply-chain process and identify bottleneck areas for process improvement
  • Proven business growth
  •    In partnership with the fulfillment center in Utah, drive the supply-chain strategy to ensure fulfillment targets for both DTC and retail channels are met 
  •    Manage the current business and own the category vertical budget, leading integrated business planning and go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  •    Ensure executive and retailer buy-in along the new product development path


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years experience in a combination of the following areas: operations management, brand management, project management, product launch management, project management with a reputable CPG brand
  • Experience in launching US brands into major markets
  • Relationship management experience with large, national retailers
  • Ability to wear multiple hats
  • Proven track record of building intelligent, data-driven, profit-generating strategies
  • Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance
  • 3PL and distribution experience
  • Travel required as needed
